What can I expect during my appointment(s)?
During your first visit to our office, your doctor will conduct an interview and consultation followed by a physical exam directed towards your condition (usually involving a pelvic exam).
After gaining adequate insight about your concerns, your doctor may recommend specialized testing. After your testing is complete, you will return for another office visit to discuss your results and treatment options.
Once you and your physician have decided on your treatment plan, you will be scheduled to meet with our nurse practitioner. She will provide you with all the information related to your procedure, dates, times, location, and any necessary preparation. She will also address any questions or concerns you may have at
that time.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We will ask you for a copy of your insurance card(s) and a photo ID at the time of service. We also will ask you to complete some forms. They are available here to print and complete prior to your appointment.
